XR3015 Alumina catalyst support balls, also called alumina ceramic filling balls and alumina ceramic packing balls, supports the gas or liquid distribution and protects active catalysts.It is used for catalyst bed support balls. XR3015 alumina catalyst support media is used as catalyst, absorbent, desiccant and drying agent in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection industries. As packing and supporting media in catalyst reactor coverage tower, high alumina ceramic ball is to increase distribution of gas or liquid, support and protect the intensity of low strength activity catalyst. 

Xiangrun 99 alumina support media is equal to Denstone 99 support media. High alumina content 99+% and maximum 0.2wt% SiO2 have made our alumina support ball an ideal product for high temperature and steam applications, such as secondary reformers in ammonia processing. As our alumina support ball features high density, high temperature resistance 1600°C, it is perfect for use as heat retention or equilibration media. In addition, great chemical resistance has resulted in our alumina support ball popular for applications in olefin processes, such as ethylene dryers where there is polymerization problem.
