Products Introduction:
XR401@T TiO2-based catalyst is a new generation of anti-sulphate sulfur recovery catalyst. Its overall performance and technical indicators have reached the international advanced level.
XR401@T TiO2-based catalyst not only applies for Claus recovery unit in petrochemical and coal chemical industry, but also for the sulfur recovery unit with catalytic oxidation technology(like, Clinsuef); It could be used in first-level reactor’s the whole bed or any layer with different functions or type. Filling in first level reactor could improve the rate of hydrolysis of organic sulfur, and, two level and three level reactor ensure high total sulfur conversion rate.
Characteristics:
lIt owns higher catalytic activity for the hydrolysis reaction of organic sulfur compounds and H2S and SO2 in the Claus reaction. It almost reaches thermodynamic equilibrium;
lClaus catalyst activity and proteolytic activity is not affected by "leaky O2" of;
lHigh catalyst activity and accommodation the larger airspeed could reduce the reactor volume;
lAvoid sulfate tendency due to the fluctuation and extend long catalyst life.
