What is Gamma alumina catalyst

Gamma alumina is nano alumina xz-L290, white fluffy powder state. The crystal type is γ -Al2O3. The particle size is 20nm; the specific surface area is larger than 230m2/g. Nanometer alumina xz-L290 owns size distribution uniform, high purity and excellent dispersion and high specific surface, with resistance to high temperature and inert, high activity. porous, so it is a kind of activated alumina. It is high hardness, dimensional stability good, widely used in all kinds of plastics, rubber, ceramics, refractories and other products.

Alumina carrier refers to the white powder or alumina solid , which is a kind of most widely used catalyst carrier and about 70%  catalyst in industry. Alumina has a variety of forms. Not only different forms have different properties, but also the same forms due to different sources and have different properties, such as density, pore structure, specific surface area, etc.
