In last week, we clean, replace new activated alumina and molecular sieve for HBIS Group. Before cleaning the dryer, firstly we monitor the dew point and moisture for dryer. After confirming the decrease of desiccant, we start to replace the desiccant in the dryer.
The desiccant could be used for 8000-12000hours. You could confirm the replace time according to this duration or dew point or required moisture.
Fistly, we nee to clean the wasted activated alumina and molecular sieve in the dryer. The hole to lean are small. Then we need to blow off the residual activated alumina and molecular sieve. In this process, we remind the userss of dryers to choose & buy good quality activated alumna and molecular sieve. If bad quality, it not only impact production, but also bring difficult clean.
After clean, we start to fill in the activated alumina and molecular sieve. Below it is our filling in job location.
